With decades of experience in workforce development, community partnerships, and program development, Cindi understands how to move complex, multi-partner efforts from concept to implementation. At MANTEC, she develops the structure, funding, and relationships behind student-focused workforce initiatives and helps manufacturers explore ways to create meaningful job shadows, internships, and other experiences for future employees.
