Who We Serve
We primarily support small and mid-sized manufacturers and closely related industries in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York Counties. Our clients range from family-owned operations to growing manufacturers navigating workforce, productivity, quality, and leadership challenges. Some work with us on a specific issue. Many continue working with us as their needs evolve.

MANTEC is part of the national Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) network, a public-private partnership focused on strengthening U.S. manufacturing. This connection allows us to draw on broader expertise and resources while remaining focused on the needs of local manufacturers.
