Our CI Peer Group is a confidential, structured, ongoing forum where a small group of manufacturing professionals meet regularly to share experiences, solve problems, and learn from one another.

What It Looks Like

  • A small group of non-competing manufacturers
  • Regular, facilitated meetings (10 sessions per year)
  • Open discussion of real challenges and opportunities
  • Rotating host sites at member facilities

Membership Details

  • One-year membership (10 sessions): $1,000
  • Up to two participants per company
  • Members agree to host one session during the year
  • Admission is approved on a rolling basis
