As President and CEO, Bruce leads MANTEC and advocates for manufacturers across the region. He builds relationships with industry, government, and economic development organizations to raise the visibility of manufacturing, strengthen the resources available to companies, and advance regional and statewide priorities. Having co-founded and grown a manufacturing company from startup into a successful operation serving OEM customers throughout the eastern United States, Bruce understands firsthand the decisions and pressures manufacturing leaders face. He brings that owner and executive perspective to MANTEC’s strategy and advocacy efforts, helping ensure manufacturers have a strong voice and a more supportive environment in which to compete and grow.
